Enzo has extensive global property experience built up over a 30+ year career with skills in Leadership, Corporate Real Estate Advisory – Management, Acquisitions, Feasibilities, Consolidation Projects and Disposals; Facilities Management; Valuation; Property Development Management –Built form, Land Subdivisions, Residential and Commercial Projects, Real Estate Sales & Leasing- Commercial & Residential; and Strategic Property Consultancy.

He has held senior property roles in the banking, oil and gas and property development sectors with listed companies both in Australia and overseas and established and ran his own businesses in construction, valuation and property advisory.

Enzo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), Master of Science (Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management) and is both a licensed Valuer and Real Estate & Business Agent. He is certified by the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV), Certified Development Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Property Practitioner (CPP).

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Lee has extensive experience in commercial property management, sales and leasing.  With a strong focus on property and asset management Lee has used his process driven approach to benefit his clients.  He has also embraced leadership roles throughout his career with large teams under his mentorship.

After working in industrial, office and retail portfolios, moving to an institutional client as regional manager for WA saw Lee lead a state-wide portfolio team which managed over a dozen shopping centres.  Being involved in and responsible for business planning, developing procedures and monitoring financial performance has given Lee the ability to employ a holistic approach across various asset classes.

With service being at the forefront of Lee’s work ethic he has earned an outstanding reputation with peers and clients alike as one that can be trusted to always work hard to produce results and achieve deadlines autonomously.

Lynn Bradshaw

Operations Manager

Lynn began working in real estate in 1992 and in 1995 she commenced her commercial career as the assistant centre manager of a boutique shopping centre.   After 4 years on site she transferred with the same company to look after a diverse portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties delivering excellent results and soon taking on a leadership role.

After a break to raise a family, Lynn returned to commercial real estate in 2014 in the capacity of office manager looking after administration, staff and accounts.   With a clear understanding of business and a high attention to detail she is well equipped to offer excellent service to Broadfield and support its clients.

From previous experience and leadership roles, we bring all our knowledge to bear to ensure clients receive the maximum benefit from their asset, whether it be a single investment, a portfolio of properties, syndicated developments or multi tenanted complexes.
